For most of us, Memorial Day is the kick off to summer fun. Getting out, putting on swimsuits and enjoy warm vibes is what we're usually doing around this time. Shelter-in-place has restrained our open energy and is taking it's toll on our bodies - especially if we've neglected them with less activity. BUT, it's 100% possible (and important) to tap into our summer self, even if we're not doing what we normally would be. Our summer self feels YOUNG and ALIVE and we all need that more than anything right now.
